Job summary

Gerflor in Poznan is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to help shape its global CRM platform used by the international sales team. Based in Poznań, you will join the Digital Factory to design and develop features in Dynamics 365 CRM, leveraging C#, .NET and JavaScript.

You will build integrations, plugins, and APIs, work with Power Apps and Power Automate, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and provide L3 support to ensure robust, scalable CRM performance.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and developing features in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Strong C#, .NET, and JavaScript development skills.
• Experience with Power Platform technologies and integrations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide Level 3 support and improve performance.

Following our successful international growth strategy, we have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a dynamic Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer – based in Poznan (PL) – Shape the future of Gerflor's global CRM platform. We are looking for a CRM & Sales Applications Developer who wants to play a key role in developing and evolving our global Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform used by our international sales organization. This is an excellent opportunity to become one of the technical experts driving our CRM transformation while collaborating with colleagues across Europe.

Your role:

As part of our Digital Factory team, you will:

• Design and develop new features in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Customize and enhance CRM solutions using C#, .NET and JavaScript
• Develop integrations, plugins, workflows and APIs
• Work with Power Platform technologies (Power Apps & Power Automate)
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Resolve complex technical issues as Level 3 Support
