Job summary

WSA – Wonderful Sound for All in Poland is seeking a Business and Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights for global demand planning and supply chain decisions. You will build and automate Excel-based models, maintain datasets, and generate reports that inform strategic decisions.

You will work with Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL, and Excel VBA to analyze forecasts, identify trends, and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Degree in business/engineering/science related field.
Proven forecast/supply planning analytics in large organizations.
Proficiency with BI tools and programming languages (Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL, Excel VBA).

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and automate Excel-based models and reports for Global Demand Planning.
Utilize o9 IBP to analyze baseline forecast and suggest adjustments based on accuracy trends.
Collaborate with Planning, Finance, Marketing, Operations to improve forecast accuracy and meet business needs.
Perform root cause analysis to identify issues and support continuous improvement.
Coordinate with CoE and o9 Customer Service to resolve tool challenges and drive process improvements.
Communicate analysis results clearly to technical and business teams; handle ad-hoc requests.
