OBI Smart Technologies in Katowice seeks a Data Analyst focused on CRM, Loyalty, and Automation to bridge complex data structures with business units. You will analyze customer behavior within our loyalty program and empower departments to make data-driven decisions faster by automating data processes on Databricks and Looker.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Data Science, Statistics, or analytics-focusedBusiness Administration.
• Several years of experience in data analytics, preferably CRM/loyalty/marketing environments.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Python (or R) with experience working with analytical datasets.
• Experience with BI and data platforms such as Databricks and Looker.
• Understanding of marketing analytics concepts like customer lifecycle, segmentation, churn prediction, or next-best-action.
• Experience building scalable, production-ready data solutions and collaborating with data engineering teams.
• Strong communication skills in English and Polish.
• Open to a hybrid model and visiting the Katowice office.
• Nice to have: AI-driven analytics or marketing automation tools; familiarity with CDP and campaign management systems; experience in large-scale ecommerce.

Responsibilities

• CRM & Loyalty Insights: act as analytical contact for CRM Managers, supporting CRM campaigns and customer lifecycle planning.
• KPI Ownership: develop KPIs, standard reports, and ad-hoc analyses with the Customer Data Platform and collaborate with Data Engineering.
• Process Automation: transform manual queries into automated pipelines to enable self-service analyses.
• AI Integration & Enablement: evaluate, test, and implement AI tools and coach departments in daily use.
• Experimentation & Optimization: support campaigns from hypothesis to statistical evaluation (A/B testing) and derive CLV improvements.
