Job summary

Linklaters Global Solutions in Warsaw is seeking a Revenue Controller LGS to join the local Revenue team, supporting Billing and Credit Control for UK matters. The role is hybrid, with 2 office days per week near Rondo ONZ, and a permanent contract with a 3-month probation.

The working hours align with the UK team, typically 10:00–18:15. As Revenue Controller, you will own credit control processes, manage reminders, monitor collections, and ensure accurate invoicing and receivables.

Qualifications

• Experience in billing and credit control for professional services.
• Ability to meet KPIs and service standards.
• Strong coordination with UK team and CoE.

Responsibilities

• Send payment reminders and reminder letters.
• Prepare for and run invoice reminder procedures, including updating templates.
• Monitor collections activity and escalate where necessary.
• Work with stakeholders to resolve payment delays.
• Attend monthly revenue meetings with the UK team and discuss issues.
• Contact clients regarding outstanding payments.
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable on payment identification and allocation.
• Prepare documentation for account transfers and refunds.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and Solicitors Accounting Rules.
• Meet assigned KPIs and maintain structured electronic filing.
