Job summary

Headcount Solutions Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Credit Controller to join the finance team in Warsaw. The role focuses on IFRS accounting, balance sheet controls, and maintaining credit risk policies within an international environment.

The successful candidate will collaborate with local finance and commercial teams, support month-end reporting, and develop corrective reporting structures to meet group requirements. Some travel for acquisitions may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with IFRS accounting.
• Ability to read and assess balance sheets.
• Strong knowledge of balance sheet controls.
• Develop reporting structures to comply with group reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work with local finance and commercial teams to manage credit risk.
• Assist with month-end reporting.
• Develop reporting structures to comply with group reporting requirements.
• Deliver monthly credit control packs on time with accuracy.
• Work in an international environment.
• Willingness to travel for short assignments on acquisitions.
