Meta's Creative Shop is seeking a Creative Strategist in Warsaw to lead creative excellence across Central and Eastern Europe. You will partner with advertisers and agencies to translate audience insights and platform capabilities into compelling creative frameworks that drive measurable business outcomes on Meta's apps and platforms.

Competenze

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in creative strategy, consulting, or brand development in ad agencies or in-house teams.
• Experience translating performance data and audience insights into actionable creative recommendations.
• Ability to communicate concepts and strategic recommendations to stakeholders at different seniority levels.
• Experience adapting creative approaches to reflect cultural contexts or regional markets.
• Experience working across paid social or digital advertising campaigns across multiple formats.
