Job summary

Meta is seeking a Creative Strategist for Central and Eastern Europe (Warsaw) to lead creative excellence across the region. This role partners with advertisers and agencies to translate audience insights and platform capabilities into compelling creative frameworks that maximize Meta's advertising ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver creative strategies for advertisers across the CEE region, grounded in platform-specific insights and audience behavior on Meta's family of apps
• Partner with sales and client solutions teams to consult on creative briefs, campaign concepts, and cross-format storytelling approaches spanning video, static, Stories, Reels, and emerging ad formats
• Analyze creative performance data to identify trends, surface actionable insights, and translate findings into recommendations that improve campaign effectiveness
• Produce and present creative thought leadership materials, including trend reports, creative playbooks, and case studies tailored to CEE market dynamics
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including product marketing, measurement, and research teams to align creative strategy with platform innovation and business priorities
• Leverage AI-integrated workflows and Meta's creative tools to accelerate ideation, prototype concepts, and scale creative solutions for advertisers
• Engage regional stakeholders and agency partners to build lasting relationships and position Meta's Creative Shop as a trusted creative authority in the CEE market
