Job summary

Simple Life is seeking a Creative Operations Specialist to build and scale the operational environment behind our Creative Production team. This role focuses on performance-marketing creative production across ad platforms and product directions.

You will transform workflows into a scalable system powered by clear processes, strong communication, and intelligent automation, making production predictable, efficient, and increasingly autonomous with AI agents.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, project management, production operations, or similar roles.
• Comfortable with performance metrics (ROAS, success rate, delivery) and reconciling data.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workflows.
• Experience building processes, documentation, and operational systems from the ground up.
• Excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Systems-thinking mindset with focus on patterns and bottlenecks.
• Curiosity for AI, automation, and operational tooling.
• Experience with Airtable, Notion, project management tools or similar systems is a strong plus.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Build clear and scalable processes: documentation, onboarding materials, and communication flows.
• Keep the team organized with weekly, monthly, and quarterly rhythm; clarifying priorities and blockers.
• Improve cross-functional collaboration and ensure information flows are documented.
• Use AI and automation to reduce manual work (status tracking, reminders, reporting).
• Partner with AI and MarTech teams to design smarter workflows.
