Job summary

Planet is seeking a production AI workflow designer to own design, delivery and governance of AI automation across HR, Finance, Operations, and CRM. You will build reliable, auditable AI systems, with prompts, retrieval pipelines, and decision logic.

Strong software engineering in Python, plus hands-on AI/ML experience and API integration are essential. The role embraces a hybrid work model and collaboration with Data and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with production systems experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML systems and LLMs.
• Experience integrating APIs and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Design production-grade AI workflows across internal systems (HR, Finance, Ops, CRM).
• Implement orchestration logic: triggers, retries, fallbacks, human-in-the-loop.
• Develop and maintain AI agents, prompts, retrieval pipelines, and decision logic.
