Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a CoStar Migration & Portfolio OS Specialist to drive system transitions and AI-driven automation in lease administration. The role spans CoStar migration, Portfolio OS projects, and cross-regional collaboration across EMEA, leveraging Pega, CoStar, and Prohance data sources.

You will design training, validate data integrity, and create SOPs while aligning with JLL Global Policies.

Qualifications

Expert-level knowledge of standard lease administration processes with emphasis on EMEA invoicing, billing cycles, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency with Pega and Portfolio/CoStar systems, with hands-on migration experience.
Attention to detail, able to identify data discrepancies and gaps for efficiency improvements.
Strong analytical skills to derive insights from large datasets and translate to actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

Lead CoStar migration efforts as SME and guide Lease Administration teams through transition.
Design and deliver training materials to upskill teams on CoStar functionality across EMEA.
Oversee data validation and integrity checks during migration, resolving discrepancies.
Develop process maps and SOPs for standard and specialized accounts; document workflows.
