Job summary

JLL is seeking an experienced SME to lead CoStar migration and Portfolio OS initiatives within the Accelerate AI framework. The role focuses on seamless database migration and automating lease administration processes across the EMEA region.

You will oversee data validation, develop SOPs, and deliver training while collaborating across regions to ensure alignment with JLL policies and procedures. The position requires strong analytics, UAT experience, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Expert-level knowledge of lease administration processes, including invoicing and compliance in EMEA context.
• Hands-on proficiency with Pega and CoStar/Portfolio systems and migration experience.
• Strong ability to validate data, identify discrepancies, and document process improvements.
• Experience in UAT, test-case development, and validating system functionality in migration environments.
• Understanding of AI/automation concepts as applied to lease administration workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead CoStar migration as SME and guide Lease Administration teams through system transitions.
• Design and deliver training materials for CoStar functionality across EMEA.
• Oversee data validation during migration and resolve discrepancies.
• Create SOPs and process maps for standard and specialized accounts.
• Develop comprehensive test cases across Pega, CoStar, and Portfolio UAT environments.
