Controlling Business Partner page is loaded## Controlling Business Partnerremote type: Hybridlocations: Poznantime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R2719**Your responsibilites:** • Cross-plant execution of cross-project/cross-product calculations, including ensuring the necessary data quality for error-free processing of individual calculations (error analysis and rectification, maintenance of necessary master data, checking of individual calculations and execution of variance analyses); • cross-plant decision and process support regarding make-or-buy decisions; • evaluation of cross-project/cross-product IDEE-M measures, change requests, workflows and reporting with a focus on products for medical technology and cleaning (MTC); • key counterpart Product Controlling (validation of calculation runs, determination of PLP3, etc.); • key counterpart R&D controlling along with commenting and ensuring quality in reporting; • initiation and implementation of local coordination rounds in the PRO MGS team to ensure cross-team networking and exchange on current interface topics (supervisor/coordinator function); • support of cost and budget planning in the course of annual planning as well as participation in the preparation of forecasts; • further development of controlling instruments and collaboration in overarching projects.**Our requirements:**• Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification; • several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in a similar role with a focus on SAP-based calculation; • communicative English min. B2 level; • strong hands-on experience with IT applications, particularly SAP; • initial experience in team coordination, strong team orientation, as well as a pronounced entrepreneurial mindset, analytical thinking, and communication skills; • confident and professional demeanor, reliability, and an independent, goal-oriented working style.For more than 125 years, Miele has been a family-owned, family-run company.
