SHEIN in Poland is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations in the warehouse, manage a team of operators, and drive KPI performance. The role requires strong leadership, lean experience, and the ability to coordinate cross-departmentally to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in warehouse ops with at least 1 year in management, experience with large facilities, and proficiency in WMS/TMS systems and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse operations experience, with at least 1 year in management; experience with 600+ operators.
• Proficiency in warehouse processes, lean tools (6S, Kaizen, DMAIC), and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations in the assigned areas, monitored by KPIs: Safety, Productivity, Quality, Cost.
• Real-time monitoring and prompt resolution of on-site problems; coordinate across departments.
• Implement lean improvements and 6S; allocate resources to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead team development; build a positive team culture and manage performance across shifts.
