Emerson is seeking a Contract Administrator to support the full order lifecycle from acceptance to delivery, invoicing, and payment collection. You will work with sales, finance, logistics, suppliers, and customers to ensure compliance and a smooth customer experience.

The role emphasizes accuracy, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. English and Ukrainian language skills are required, along with experience in ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in contracts administration or order management.
• Proficient in English and Ukrainian.
• Experience with ERP, Oracle preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Review contracts and orders for compliance with terms and export rules.
• Process orders in ERP and maintain documents through lifecycle.
• Manage approvals via contract review and compliance platforms.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, logistics, and other teams.
• Coordinate material requirements with suppliers and monitor delivery.
• Maintain backlog information and address issues affecting orders.
• Support timely delivery while ensuring revenue recognition and invoicing.
• Ensure documentation is complete and audit-ready.
• Assist in receivables collection and resolve admin issues.
• Support shipment coordination and stakeholder communication.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements.
