Job summary

LAPP is seeking a contract operations explorer to support the Global & EMEA Contract Management Team across the contract lifecycle. The role coordinates stakeholders, drives efficient workflows and contributes to CLM process improvements in a fast-paced international setting.

Strong English, good German as a plus, and a hands-on, proactive mindset are valued. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps and data governance will help success in this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in business operations, project coordination or contract management.
• Excellent English skills, written and spoken.
• Nice to have German language skills for coordination with German stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in an international environment.
• Proactive, analytical and able to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Global & EMEA Contract Management Team throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Coordinate stakeholders, manage workflows and ensure transparency.
• Implement and improve CLM processes, systems and data quality standards.
• Maintain dashboards, reports and management updates.
• Prepare presentations and status updates for internal stakeholders.
• Drive process optimization and AI-driven initiatives in contract management.
