Job summary

Alcedis is seeking an experienced freelance Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to support an international non-interventional study in Poland. You will supervise approximately 15 study sites, ensure quality, and manage submissions and site contracts with a project team in Germany.

The engagement is planned for about 10 months at ~85 hours per month, with remote/hybrid collaboration and regular travel to sites nationwide in Poland. Fluency in Polish and English is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CRA experience in GCP/clinical research.
• Fluency in English and Polish, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Study organization & monitoring: site qualification, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits on-site and remotely.
• Quality & compliance: source data verification and support for audits/inspections.
• Data management & queries: manage queries with data management and project management teams.
• Training & collaboration: EDC training for site staff and coordination with the international project team.
• Submissions, regulatory & contracts: submissions & notifications to authorities and site contract management in Poland.
• Travel: regular site visits across Poland.
