Precision for Medicine is recruiting a Clinical Research Associate II / Senior Clinical Research Associate to join our Poland-based team. This position is fully home based with manageable travel expectations, offering autonomy to monitor sites and ensure patient safety and data integrity.

You will need 3+ years of independent monitoring experience, oncology trial exposure, and fluency in Polish and English.

Competenze

3+ years of independent monitoring experience within CRO or pharmaceutical industry.
Independent monitoring experience in oncology clinical trials.

Mansioni

Monitor investigative sites and take ownership of site performance, quality and risk.
Collaborate with CTMs and study teams to anticipate issues and drive timely resolutions.
Interact with clients and support site payment activities as needed.
Mentor less experienced CRAs and contribute to study-level discussions and process improvements.
