Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions, a sponsor-dedicated FSP partner, seeks a Contract Analyst to prepare, verify, and process invoicing for an assigned portfolio. You will engage in contract management activities, negotiate site agreements and budgets, and collaborate with Study Startup teams to improve SB&C metrics.

The role requires a BS degree and 2+ years in clinical research site contracting and budgeting, with strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• BS degree or international equivalent.
• 2+ years in clinical research site contracting and budgeting within pharma, CRO, or vendor.
• Ability to translate data into informed decisions.
• Knowledge of clinical study protocols and schedules of assessments.
• Strong organizational, decision-making, communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate with assigned sites on site contracting items including clinical trial agreements, budgets, payment terms, ancillary agreements and amendments.
• Partner with internal Study Startup team, CROs, Clinical Operations, and TAU to improve SB&C metrics and processes.
• Ensure SB&C standards are applied across projects.
• Use industry tools and data sources to provide budget and contract feedback aligned with FMV guidance.
• Recognize delays, escalate as needed, and maintain timelines for studies and sites.
• Track actions and negotiations to ensure timelines are met.
• Support issue resolution for site activation withStudy Startup team.
