Job summary

ICON is seeking a Contract Analyst to join its sponsor-dedicated model. You will prepare, verify, and carry out invoicing for an assigned portfolio, contributing to efficient contract management and budgeting in clinical trials.

The role collaborates with Study Startup teams, CROs, and TAU partners to improve SB&C metrics, ensure standards, and leverage tools to deliver timely contracting solutions for patients worldwide.

Qualifications

• BS degree or international equivalen t.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate site contracting items including clinical trial agreements, budgets, terms, and amendments.
• Collaborate with Study Startup, CROs, Clinical Operations, and TAU partners to improve SB&C metrics.
• Ensure standards are applied to SB&C processes across projects.
• Leverage tools and data sources to provide budget and contract feedback with fair market value guidance.
• Identify potential delays and escalate to appropriate team members.
• Track actions and negotiations to meet study/site timelines.
• Support resolving escalated issues identified by the site activation sub-team.
