Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions seeks a SMA I to support management of clinical trial sites, ensuring adherence to protocols and high operational efficiency. You will monitor sites, assist with documentation, data entry, and prepare monitoring reports while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, healthcare administration, or clinical research.
• Experience working on global positions.
• Some experience in clinical research, site management, or related administrative roles preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring clinical trial sites, ensuring adherence to study protocols, regulatory requirements, and GCP guidelines.
• Support site management activities, including documentation preparation, data entry, and tracking site performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and address site-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities and contribute to monitoring reports.
• Participate in training and development to enhance knowledge in trial management.
