Job summary

ICON plc in Poland is seeking a Payments Associate to support CTA Payments activities within our clinical research operations. You will handle administrative tasks, mass mailings, meeting coordination and prepare trackers and newsletters to support study communications.

The role involves document management, form and tracker development, TMF audits support, site payments reconciliation, and CTMS data maintenance. Strong organization and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• At least one year of experience in payments area in a clinical/trial setting is an asset.
• Knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and guidelines is an asset.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• CTA work focused on payments and related administrative tasks.
• Prepare trackers, mass mailings, agendas and minutes, and support study communications.
• Assist with document management, version tracking and filing of study correspondence.
• Develop study-specific forms and trackers and coordinate audits/inspections related to TMF.
• Support CTMS maintenance and subject tracking at project level where applicable.
• Run clinical dashboards and generate metric reports as applicable.
• Support study-level translations via third party vendors and training management.
