You will help in defining KPIs, conduct training, and support operational excellence. The ideal candidate should have a higher education in finance or similar, a strong command of English (C1), and at least 5 years of experience in an international environment. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional practice in an international corporation.
• Experience in implementing new processes and improvements in processes.

Responsibilities

• Cooperate with GBS units and process stakeholders.
• Assist in SLA review and support process transition to operations.
• Design and conduct continuous improvement methodologies training.

Skills

Knowledge of English at C1 level
