The candidate must have higher education in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering, knowledge of English at C1 level, and at least five years of experience in an international corporate setting. The role of Continuous Improvement Team Leader is to act as a business partner who works closely with Top and Middle Management, understand business priorities, and propose and implement improvement projects/initiatives that support the successful achievement of DSV ISSC strategic goals and objectives.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Cooperate with GBS units, teams, and other process stakeholders.
Track and report continuous improvement projects.
Assist process transition to operations and participate in SLA review.
Support the establishment and delivery of an operational excellence/standard work program for GBS.
Design, prepare, and conduct continuous improvement methodology training sessions.
Support the definition of new KPIs for services provided by GBS and aid in their implementation.
Develop, implement, and maintain a reporting framework for business KPI metrics.
Develop, implement, and maintain the process maturity model of the organization (Maturity Matrix Model).
Lead and support the Lean QMS/Continuous Improvement team and others.
Ensure compliance with internal regulations, procedures, and law.

Our Requirements

Knowledge of English at the C1 level.
Experience working in an international corporate environment with a minimum of five (5) years of professional practice.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
