• Advanced knowledge of Portuguese and Spanish (B2 or above).
• Good command of English.
• Availability to work in Kraków on a rotating schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Strong comprehension skills and the ability to interpret information carefully.
• A methodical approach to work and confidence in making decisions based on guidelines.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to maintain accuracy with repetitive tasks.
• Readiness to work with a broad range of digital materials, some of which may be challenging or sensitive.
