Junior Data Reviewer with Russian and English

Who do we recruit for? Our client is a global professional services company providing a broad range of services and solutions in strategy, consulting, digital, technology, and operations. The office is located in the center of Cracow.

Responsibilities

• Back office position with no direct contact with customers
• Investigate and resolve issues regarding content reported for account support and/or safety; flag for action, and resolve within agreed turnaround times and quality standards
• Craft verbal and written guidance for sales and marketing professionals
• Review data according to client guidelines
• Work within the agreed timelines, quality, and quantity standards
• Keep up to date with events and happenings in countries of the supported language
• Participate in generating improvement ideas
• This role may involve exposure to potentially disturbing content; resilience and maturity are required. We prioritize employee well-being, health, and safety, providing support and resources needed to perform your role effectively.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Russian
• Strong knowledge of modern culture and history in countries of the supported language
