Job summary

HeadHR in Kraków is seeking a Privacy Operations Analyst to review and process privacy requests, assess validity under European law, and handle inquiries with client policy specialists. The role requires careful review of potentially sensitive content and collaboration on efficiency projects.

You will support English markets and other markets using Translation Tools, work on-site in Kraków, and benefit from MyBenefit including Multisport, private medical care, and life insurance.

Responsibilities:

• Review and process privacy requests from lawyers and private individuals using online tools.
• Assess request validity under client policies and European legislation.
• Handle privacy workflows, cases and regulatory inquiries with client policy specialists.
• Maintain quality standards and achieve weekly productivity targets.
• Collaborate on projects that improve internal efficiency and support changing workflows, products and markets.
• Support the English market and, when needed, other markets using a Translation Tool.
• Review internet content that may include graphic, violent or sexual material.
