GSK in Poland is seeking a detail-focused compensation and benefits professional to shape how we reward our people. You’ll manage compensation and benefits processes, ensuring alignment with global standards and local needs, while partnering with managers, HR teams, and external vendors.

You’ll evaluate jobs, support annual pay reviews and bonus validation, and deliver equity review analyses using standard tools.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• Fluent English and French required.
• Preferred knowledge of technical Reward/Compensation.
• Strong analytical capability and experience applying processes and managing data.
• High level of expertise in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and deliverable-oriented work style.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage compensation and benefits processes in alignment with global standards and local needs.
• Collaborate with managers, HR teams and external vendors to deliver impactful solutions.
• Perform job evaluations and participate in annual job catalogue refresh.
• Support annual pay reviews and bonus validation.
• Provide equity review analysis using standard tools and working with the Compensation Manager.
• Assist Benefits Managers in vendor negotiations, data analysis, and customer insights.
• Support Benefits vendor platform management and respond to employee queries.
• Contribute to compensation and benefits governance following established frameworks.
