Job summary

Mettler Toledo AG in Warszawa is seeking a Junior Analyst to join the Compensation & Benefits team. You will work with data, build reports and dashboards, and help with salary reviews, market analyses, and benchmarking activities.

You will use Excel, Power BI, Python, Visual Basic, and macros to automate reporting, support budgeting, and contribute to tool development across regional and global Total Rewards initiatives.

Qualifications

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze Compensation and Benefits data.
• Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, presentations, and ad hoc analyses using Excel and Power BI.
• Support salary reviews, market analyses, benchmarking activities, and the annual bonus cycle, including data preparation and payout calculations.
• Assist with cost modeling, salary budget simulations, and other compensation-related analyses.
• Use Excel macros, VBA, and Python to automate reporting processes and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of analytical tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Participate in salary surveys, including data submission and results upload, and support job grading activities.
• Support benefits administration and maintain related data.
• Cooperate with HR, Finance, and IT teams on process improvement and digitalization initiatives.
• Participate in regional and global Total Rewards projects as required.
