Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot Commerce Cloud issues reported by clients.
• Provide client support via tickets, chat, or phone.
• Monitor and maintain Commerce Cloud products and platforms.
• Document processes, best practices, and common solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Assist in testing updates and patches for Commerce Cloud products and platforms.
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development activities.
• Assist with ad hoc projects related to Commerce Cloud support.
