EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP Commerce Cloud Team Lead for a cloud-based MVP project. You will lead technical discussions, provide solutions, and mentor the development team while engaging with stakeholders across the client and internal teams.

The role requires strong SAP Commerce Cloud expertise, J2EE/Java 8, Spring Framework, and NoSQL experience, with a hybrid work model in Poland and occasional travel to client locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) including workflows, tasks, jobs, and storefronts.
• Expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud integrations and e-commerce processes.
• Strong communication and client-facing leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical solutions for SAP Commerce Cloud implementations.
• Lead and mentor the development team to deliver MVP on time.
• Drive technical discussions with stakeholders and multi-stream teams.
• Collaborate with build engineers to ensure seamless delivery and code quality.
• Coach and monitor team knowledge growth and adherence to best practices.

This is a collaborative, client-facing engagement requiring daily interaction with stakeholders.
