Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage Collections and resolve customer financial inquiries.
• Process overdue balances using Collections Workflow tools.
• Engage with customers via phone, email, and other channels.
• Prepare and distribute customer account statements and reports.
• Identify and implement process improvements in collections and reporting.
