Accenture Poland is seeking a cash collection specialist to proactively manage collections via phone and email in a 50/50 hybrid setup in Warsaw. The role focuses on timely cash collection, risk assessment, and negotiation with key customers, with opportunities for professional development.

The role welcomes candidates with fluent English and Arabic, strong communication, and attention to detail. Prior AR/collections experience is an asset; 6-month contract with potential extension.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively perform timely cash collection via phone and emails
• Investigate and review credit risks and credit history of customers and suppliers
• Follow up on letters of collection and manage escalations with customers
• Lead negotiations with critical customers and support day-to-day collections activities
• Collaborate with teams in a hybrid, client-facing environment in Warsaw

THE WORK:

• Proactively perform timely cash collection (via phone and emails) and demonstrate continuous learning of company policies.
• Ensure constant progress in financial operations by investigating and reviewing credit risks, evaluating customers and suppliers credit history, preparing and performing follow-ups of letters of collection
• Embrace opportunities while handling day-to-day activities and refer the most delicate matters to the superior
• Become a proactive learner and achiever by managing escalations and leading negotiations with critical customers

The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances
