Accenture PLC in Warsaw invites applications for a role in collections and accounts receivable. The team emphasizes proactive cash collection via calls and emails while continually learning company policies and improving credit risk assessment.

Candidates should be fluent in English and Arabic (B2+), be diligent, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and a willingness to tackle challenges. A hybrid 50/50 work setup is expected.

THE WORK:

• Proactively perform timely cash collection (via phone and emails) and demonstratecontinuous learningof company policies.
• Ensureconstant progressin financial operations by investigating and reviewing credit risks, evaluating customers and suppliers credit history, preparing and performing follow-ups of letters of collection
• Embrace opportunities while handling day-to-day activities and refer the most delicate matters to the superior
• Become a proactive learner and achiever by managing escalations and leading negotiations with critical customers

The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances
