• English & Greek on C1 level (essential for client communication purposes)
• Higher education (e.g. accounting/finance would be an asset)
• 2 years of experience in AR – Collection and/or Customer Service (Front Desk)
• Multitasking and eagerness to learn and develop
• Excellent analytical skills

• Very good communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to contact customers by phone

Your key activities:

• Manage collection activities
• Ownership of your own portfolio of customers
• Be responsible for managing and collecting debt
• Contact clients and discuss their overdue payments
• Prepare and present reports of collection activities and progress
• Build relationship with external customers
• Maintain and reconcile AR accounts
• Collaborate closely with the Client and other departments
