Job summary

Qumulo is seeking a Customer Success Engineer (CSE) in Poland to engage with customers and resolve technical issues, primarily in cloud environments like AWS and Azure. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of customer-facing experience with a strong background in cloud technologies.

CSEs will troubleshoot complex issues, work with cross-functional teams, and provide valuable feedback on product improvements. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and have familiarity with multiple cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 5 - 7 years experience in a customer-facing role, including 1-3 years of troubleshooting cloud environments.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of major cloud platforms, including compute, storage, networking, and identity management services.
• Familiarity with Windows Active Directory or LDAP.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues on Qumulo products in cloud and on-premises environments.
• Prioritize and drive resolution for escalated customer issues.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams.
