Job summary

Vonage is seeking a dedicated Product Manager for Cloud Runtime, a serverless platform powering enterprise communications solutions. You will own the roadmap end-to-end, drive GA readiness, and shape AI-enabled workflows on top of the Vonage infrastructure.

Join a small team with leadership access and real ownership from day one. You will collaborate closely with engineering to define technical requirements, pricing models, and platform maturity, while engaging enterprise customers and partners

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience in infrastructure, developer platforms, or API products.
Strong understanding of serverless computing and cloud platforms (AWS Lambda, Twilio Functions or similar).
Experience working with engineering teams on architectural tradeoffs and scalability.

Responsibilities

Own the Cloud Runtime roadmap end-to-end, aligned to 2026 OKRs and GA readiness.
Define AI enablement roadmap for AI-powered workflows on top of VCR.
Lead pricing evolution from fixed-tier to usage-based models; own cost modelling and billing integration.
Collaborate with engineering to define technical requirements and ensure delivery momentum.
Engage with enterprise customers and CSP partners to validate direction and onboarding.
