Vonage is hiring a Product Manager – Channel Management to shape how we configure and manage messaging and voice channels for our CCaaS platform. You will own the end-to-end product vision, collaborate across engineering, legal, and design, and drive provisioning workflows for WhatsApp, webchat, email, and API-driven channel setups.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, carrier requirements, and a seamless admin experience, with a strong focus on cross-functional delivery and market-facing

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of product management experience.
• Familiarity with digital messaging channels and their configuration or provisioning requirements.
• Understanding of messaging compliance frameworks such as 10DLC and toll-free verification.
• Experience with voice communication products, including number management, porting, and routing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product vision and roadmap for channel setup and management within the Vonage Contact Centre platform.
• Drive the development of intuitive provisioning flows for WhatsApp, webchat, and email setup frameworks.
• Define and improve the administrator experience for channel binding, configuration, and lifecycle management.
• Own the product roadmap for messaging compliance and registrations (10DLC, toll-free, RCS) for VCC.
• Partner with engineering, legal, and compliance teams to meet carrier and regulatory requirements across markets.
• Monitor evolving messaging standards and drive platform updates to stay compliant and competitive.
• Define capabilities for voice number porting, purchasing, and setup and API route setup for enterprise customers.
• Gather and prioritise requirements from cross-functional teams and ensure feasibility and market demand.
