Vectra International BV seeks an experienced Client Outcomes Lead to serve as the primary SPOC for client engagement, owning day‑to‑day delivery, milestones, and stakeholder management across Europe.

You will coordinate in-person European discovery workshops, manage weekly client syncs, resource planning, risk escalation, and post‑launch hyper care, ensuring alignment with the SOW and cross‑functional teams.

Competenze

• 5+ years in professional services consulting, sustainability delivery, or enterprise client success leadership.
• Mobility & travel: Europe-based or EU travel authorization without visa lead-time constraints.
• Exceptional hands-on project management, milestone tracking, and stakeholder communication.

Mansioni

• In-Person European Discovery Workshop: Prepare, co-facilitate, and document multi-day in-person system design workshops in Europe after contract signing with the executive team.
• Account SPOC & Stakeholder Management: Lead weekly client syncs and manage communications with the Executive Director and client team.
• Active Project Management & Resource Coordination: Drive end-to-end delivery, track milestones, and coordinate resources across work streams.
• Assurance Workflow Translation: Translate audit processes and case management steps into functional requirements for the development swarm.
• Tiered Outcome & Baseline Tracking: Track delivery against baselines and verify Tier 1 outputs while enabling Tier 2 adoption.
• Training & Hyper care Ownership: Own staff training, onboarding, and post-launch hyper care support.
• Risk & Scope Escalation: Enforce SOW boundaries and flag out-of-scope requests to the Director before commitments.
