Job summary

Addepar is seeking a Data Onboarding Specialist in Warsaw to guide clients through data feed onboarding and account authorization. You will explain onboarding workflows, train clients on eligibility, and provision accounts across Addepar environments.

Qualifications

• A few years of experience in client-facing roles within FinTech or financial services.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of French, German or Italian is a plus.
• Strong technical aptitude and interest in AI-powered tools to improve workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage the data feed onboarding process for new Addepar clients.
• Explain the onboarding workflow to clients by calls and emails.
• Provide guidance on account eligibility and authorization requirements (LOA) for data feeds.
• Provision received accounts to the appropriate Addepar environments.
• Coordinate with data providers to triage onboarding requests and issues.
• Complete custodian setup and feed connectivity workflows.
• Maintain onboarding instructions and related resources.
• Partner with Sales, Solutions Architects, and other Data teams to drive positive client experiences.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to implement process improvements and tooling enhancements.
