Diverse Consulting Group is seeking a Client Onboarding Analyst to manage end-to-end onboarding processes, coordinate daily activities, and serve as the main contact for clients and internal stakeholders. The role requires collaboration with Compliance, KYC, and Tax teams to ensure accuracy and regulatory adherence.

You will review documentation for completeness, maintain SLA-driven performance, and drive process improvements in a high-volume environment.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of client onboarding or related operations experience
• Knowledge of onboarding processes, documentation and account opening procedures
• Understanding of financial regulations, compliance and risk management principles
• Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end client onboarding process including documentation, issuance, review and account setup
• Coordinate daily onboarding activities and ensure timely resolution of requests
• Act as a point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with Compliance, KYC, Business Risk, Account Opening and Tax teams
• Review client documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of onboarding services and meet SLAs
• Identify and resolve operational issues and manage escalations
• Support process improvement initiatives and onboarding efficiency projects
• Maintain high standards of risk awareness and internal controls
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams to support business objectives
