Strategic Staffing Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Client Onboarding / KYC & AML Analyst to join a global financial services organization. You will support the onboarding of new clients, ensuring that all necessary compliance checks and due diligence requirements are completed accurately and efficiently.

You will work closely with internal teams, including Compliance, Business Operations, Client Implementation, and Quality Assurance, to maintain high regulatory standards and deliver a

• Understanding of KYC/AML processes is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Able to learn new processes and handle large amounts of information.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Perform KYC and AML checks per internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Review and verify client information and documentation during onboarding.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, Client Implementation and QA to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Respond to inquiries from clients and internal stakeholders promptly.
• Identify compliance risks and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support improvements to onboarding procedures and processes.
• Participate in team meetings with Compliance, Management and QA.
• Assist with ongoing onboarding projects and related activities.
