Job summary

Worldline is seeking a Customer Project Manager to join the Customer Service Enterprise team within Merchant Services Enterprise. You will coordinate projects, particularly Mobility & Self-Service, working with customers on WPI and TAPI integrations.

You will act as the main point of contact between customers, technical teams, and internal stakeholders, manage timelines and risks, and ensure smooth integrations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, ideally within payments, fintech, or technology services.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Technical background or familiarity with API integrations (WPI/TAPI) is a plus
• Positive, proactive mindset with a solution-oriented approach to overcoming challenges
• Excellent collaboration skills, comfortable working closely with technical and product teams

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project coordination for Mobility & Self-Service solutions, from kick-off to go-live
• Act as the main point of contact between customers, technical teams, and internal stakeholders throughout project delivery
• Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables, ensuring integrations (WPI/TAPI) are implemented smoothly
• Collaborate closely with technical and product teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure solution quality
• Provide regular project status updates and ensure customer expectations are met at every milestone
