is seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to lead complex initiatives in financial services. The role requires coordinating across Transfer Agency, Fund Accounting, Middle Office, and related functions, with a focus on timely delivery and measurable business impact. You will manage multiple projects, define plans, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure governance, risk controls, and quality delivery while working with external vendors and offshore teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or program management within a complex corporate environment, preferably in financial services, banking, asset servicing, or investment fund operations.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing projects related to investment fund operations, especially within Fund Accounting, Middle Office, Transfer Agency, Pricing, Collateral, or Reconciliation.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field and strong knowledge of PM fundamentals including planning, governance, risk, budget, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver projects impacting Transfer Agency, Fund Accounting, Middle Office, Pricing, Collateral, and Reconciliation functions.
• Develop project plans aligned with business scope, timelines, resource requirements, and execution priorities.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
• Monitor project scope and manage scope changes to align with business objectives.
• Identify and manage cross‑team, functional, and regional dependencies.
• Assess project risks and prepare mitigation plans to minimize implementation risks.
• Measure project success by delivery timelines, business impact, and user adoption.
• Drive communication and adoption strategies for process and system changes impacting multiple teams.
• Manage stakeholders at different levels ensuring alignment on priorities and outcomes.
• Lead system development and onboarding initiatives across Operations.
• Support testing activities and ensure smooth implementation of technical and process changes.
• Resolve conflicts within project teams and promote collaboration.
• Influence change across the organization and promote continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or program management within a complex corporate environment, preferably in financial services, banking, asset servicing, or investment fund operations
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing projects related to investment fund operations, especially within Fund Accounting, Middle Office, Transfer Agency, Pricing, Collateral, or Reconciliation
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce, Business, Finance, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of project management fundamentals, including planning, governance, execution, scope management, risk management, budget tracking, stakeholder communication, and quality control
• Experience managing multiple projects or testing streams, including timelines, budgets, quality gates, and delivery risks
• Experience in defining or coordinating test strategy and aligning it with business objectives
• Experience working with external vendors, offshore teams, or distributed delivery teams
• Experience leading project teams or cross-functional working groups
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to cooperate effectively with business, operations, technology, vendors, and external partners
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and structured way
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• PMP, Prince2, Agile, or other relevant project management certification
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
