Job summary

Us3 Consulting is seeking an experienced Business Project Manager to coordinate business-driven initiatives across the Enterprise Change Office and Investment Operations. The role focuses on delivering business outcomes through stakeholder alignment and execution, not hands-on technology work.

You will partner with business leaders and delivery partners to drive successful outcomes, translating objectives into plans and managing governance, risks and change management in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Project Manager, Programme Manager or Consultant delivering cross-functional business initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience translating business objectives into executable plans and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Strong consulting mindset, with the ability to influence and structure complex problems in ambiguity.
• Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, governance and project reporting.
• Experience supporting change management, communications and business adoption.
• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies and governance.
• Experience working with technology-enabled transformation (data, platforms, automation) without being hands-on technologist.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium-sized business projects and support larger global programmes across business and technology workstreams.
• Translate business objectives into clear delivery plans, milestones and outcomes.
• Manage status reporting, risks, issues, dependencies and escalations.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business, investment, technology and delivery teams.
• Drive delivery using established project governance, methodologies and tools.
• Support change management, communications and adoption readiness.
• Provide clear updates and effective communication to senior stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve delivery challenges while focusing on strategic priorities.
• Deliver cross-functional initiatives in a global or complex environment.
