Citi Solutions Center Poland is seeking a strategic Senior Project Manager and Business Analyst Lead to shape client initiatives within Fund Accounting and Middle Office. The role demands driving complex changes, guiding senior stakeholders, and delivering with professionalism in a hybrid setup.

The candidate should bring 6–10 years of PM/BA experience, strong stakeholder management, and knowledge of asset management or Investor Services.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, or operational improvement areas (e.g., Lean, re-engineering programs).
• Proven client-facing experience and ability to influence external clients.
• Industry knowledge in asset management or Investor Services.
• Knowledge of PMBOK or BABOK; PMP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and implement multiple complex projects and programs with Product, Technology, and external clients.
• Provide sophisticated analysis to define problems, complete complex analyses, and influence strategic decisions.
• Formulate detailed project plans, including effort, cost, and impact analysis to ensure timely execution and mitigate risks.
• Build and lead project teams; act as SME to guide senior stakeholders and team members.
• Partner with clients and internal teams; influence through strong communication and diplomacy.
