Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent (ideally accounting/economics/finance/administration).
• Experience in claims or administration is an asset.
• Proficient in MS Office and data handling.
• English level of B2+ or higher.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Ability to identify and respond to risks.
• Good attention to details and accuracy.
• Creative thinking with problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Promptly reviews and acts with urgency to establish contact with all parties and stakeholders.
• Provide quality customer service and ensure file quality with timely coverage analysis and policy facts.
• Communicate effectively with insureds and general counsel; prioritize customer service.
• Identify risk areas in daily operations and assess their impact.
• Escalate issues to the team manager or business leader as needed.
• Serve as escalation point for process/product-related issues in daily operations.
• Focus on problem solving in difficult cases and escalation situations.
