Qualifications

• Must have written and spoken Japanese at JLPT N1/N2 level (certification not mandatory).
• Must have written and spoken English at B2 or higher.
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills to liaise between Japan and CEE teams.
• Ability to make decisions with limited information.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain the project plan and deliverables.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with end customers and GlobalLogic team.
• Tailor processes to achieve high-quality results.
• Monitor, manage, and mitigate project risks.
• Manage a distributed project team working on the solution.
• Identify opportunities for improvement.
• Report project status and challenges to stakeholders.
