Job summary

RemotePass is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the EOR product end to end, reporting to the CEO through the Product & Operations team. You’ll own the full employee lifecycle—from quotes and onboarding to compliance, benefits, and offboarding—along with internal tooling and AI agents that run behind it.

You’ll lead discovery with customers and operations teams, turning insights into a clear product strategy and roadmap that scales across time zones and markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product, with hands-on ownership of EOR, HR tech, or complex B2B workflow products.
• Track record of shipping and scaling a product built on real operational complexity, ideally through a growth phase.
• Strong discovery skills: you form your own view from customers and data.
• Hands-on with AI, both as a product surface and as a working tool.
• Comfortable going deep into employment law, compliance requirements, and country-specific processes.
• Experience working with distributed, cross-functional teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own the full EOR lifecycle: quotes, onboarding, contracts, country compliance, benefits, changes during employment, and offboarding.
• Set the roadmap and defend calls on what gets built.
• Lead discovery with customers, prospects, employees, and operations teams.
• Distil escalations into a clear, prioritized view of what matters.
• Turn country-specific rules into scalable product flows.
• Build the internal platforms and AI agents behind EOR operations.
• Drive execution across time zones with product, engineering, and payroll teams.
