Job summary

Evotym is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to translate product and technology decisions into efficient, scalable operations across Product, Engineering, and Operations. You will strengthen teams, drive performance, and push for growth without relying on ongoing headcount increases.

You will oversee Product Operations, Revenue Ops, and Operational Excellence while building blockchain knowledge and aligning teams to strategic priorities with measurable business results.

Qualifications

• Senior operations leadership experience in blockchain-native or digital-asset environments.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain products, infrastructure and transaction flows.
• Experience managing multiple teams (50+ people).
• Record of improving efficiency, execution and business performance.
• Experience delivering cross-functional projects across Product, Engineering, Operations and Commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Product Operations, Revenue Operations, Operational Excellence, Support and strategic initiatives.
• Improve team structures, ownership, KPIs and performance.
• Translate product and technology decisions into scalable operational processes.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to improve automation, efficiency and customer experience.
• Develop operational leaders and build blockchain knowledge across teams.
• Turn strategic priorities into clear projects with measurable business results.
