Qualifications

Position Summary

We are looking for a Polish speaking Chat Operator who will be part of our international marketing department. The goal is to support our clients by being the first point of contact via our chat system on our website and ensure correctness of our database. The position starts with a 3-month contract with a high likelihood of extension.

What will be your responsibilities?

• To be in direct communication with our customers via our website chat
• Support customer queries by being the first point of contact
• Verification and correct input of client information into our CRM database
• Supporting of our database cleaning and expansion projects

What do we require?

• Living in Poland
• A first experience in customer support is a plus
• Willingness to commit to a short term project of minimum 3 months with possibility to be extended, up to 18 months maximum
• High level of accuracy and ability to deal with repetitive tasks
• Strong PC skills: Microsoft Excel/Word
• Strong written and verbal skills in Polish (C2) and English (business proficiency)
• Proficiency in Dutch, Czech, Polish, Hungarian, Slovakian,Slovenian, German or French is a plus
• Team oriented to cooperate within an international marketing team
